Forearm Phantom (BMF)

For quantitative CT measurements of the forearm and calibration of CT value to Bone Mineral Density (BMD)

  • BMD phantom for qCT of the forearm
  • Bone- and water-equivalent inserts embedded in a soft tissue-equivalent resin
  • Optimized design allows placement directly under the object

The Forearm Phantom is designed for calibrating CT values to bone mineral density (BMD). Its optimized design adapted to the anatomy of an adult forearm allows to place the phantom directly between the forearm and the couch.
