- Contrast to background -20 HU and -10 HU in one phantom

The phantoms are ideally suited for the evaluation of the imaging capabilities of 3D X-ray imaging modalities (e.g. CT or Cone-Beam CT). The contrast resolution is obtained by a single spiral scan using axial images (QRM-10109, QRM-10110, QRM-10100, QRM-10112) and coronal reformations (QRM-10109, QRM-10110). The phantoms visualize the impact of all, scan, image reconstruction, and display parameters.

The low or medium-contrast inserts (spheres/rods with varying diameters) are located within the cylindrical body of homogeneous tissue-equivalent material.

The phantoms fit into the Thorax, Abdomen and Oval Body Phantom.

Based on a three-point measurement and advanced mathematical calculations, TRULEVEL aligns the scanning axes virtually to the water surface without physically moving the tank or scanning arms. No leveling tools and no tank shifts required.

The patented clip-in TRUFIX detector positioning system, makes it easier than ever to precisely position a detector both vertically and horizontally in a BEAMSCAN water phantom or quickly exchange it without realignment.
